Clarity Call with Kevin Bailey

Wondering whether coaching could help?

You might be struggling to start, keep track of things, or follow through. Or you’re keeping up at work, but have little energy left for the rest of your life.

A Clarity Call is a free, 30-minute conversation about what’s bringing you here and whether my coaching for neurodivergent professionals could be useful to you.

No preparation needed. Bring your questions, even if you’re not sure where to start.

What to expect

A real conversation, not a performance.

There’s no need for a polished story or a perfectly clear goal. Talk things through in your own way. We can pause or slow down when needed.

  1. Start with what’s bringing you here

Share what’s been hard, what feels stuck, or what prompted you to reach out.

  2. Explore the support you want

We’ll talk about what you’d like help with and what has or hasn’t worked for you before.

  3. Talk about working together

I’ll explain the coaching offer, answer your questions, and discuss getting started if it makes sense for you.

What this call is

A chance to meet, ask questions, and consider whether coaching fits your needs right now. We’ll discuss what working together would involve so you have the information you need to decide.

What it isn’t

This is an introductory conversation rather than a coaching session, strategy session, or diagnostic assessment. We won’t try to solve everything or build a personalized action plan in 30 minutes.

You know your own experience best. I want to understand what everyday life is like for you, including the effort other people may not see.

A few common questions

Before you book

Anything else on your mind? You’re welcome to ask during the call.

Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis?

No. You’re welcome whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring neurodivergence. We can discuss whether the way I work suits your experience.

What if I’m not sure what I need help with?

A few examples from everyday life are enough. Struggling to start, losing track of things, or feeling exhausted from keeping up are all places to begin.

Is the call free?

Yes. The 30-minute Clarity Call is free. If you’re interested in coaching, I’ll explain the paid offer and its cost before you decide.

Do I have to decide during the call?

No. You can take time to think. If coaching feels right and you’re ready, we can also discuss enrolling during the call.
